4. Donations & Seva Contributions

Contributions made towards Sevas, charities, or trust activities are voluntary and are used for the purposes of Prasanna Trust's spiritual and charitable work. Contributions are generally non-refundable unless there was a payment error.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and PayPal. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. Prasanna Trust does not store your card or banking details.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

For publications and physical products, refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receipt in case of damage or incorrect items. Please contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue.

Event registrations and course enrolments are non-refundable once confirmed, unless the event or course is cancelled by us.
